How do you approach innovation strategy?
I combine behavioral insight, futures thinking, and systems design to create strategy that scales. My approach spans Horizon 1–3 planning, trend mapping, business model evolution, and practical execution—always centered on people.
What industries have you worked in?
I’ve led strategy and innovation initiatives across consumer goods, retail, healthcare, financial services, and tech—both in-house and through consulting. I’ve partnered with Fortune 100s, high-growth startups, and public sector orgs.
What’s your leadership style?
I’m a hands-on executive who builds with and through people. I follow a Situational Leadership model—adapting to what individuals and teams need to grow. I believe clarity, curiosity, and accountability are foundational.
Do you work on internal culture too, or just external strategy?
Both. I often integrate organizational design, talent development, and change strategy into the work—because sustainable innovation requires teams to be aligned, empowered, and equipped.
What types of teams or companies have you led?
I’ve worked with everything from early-stage startups to Fortune 100s. I’ve led cross-functional teams across marketing, product, technology, and innovation—often building new functions and capabilities from scratch.
Are you open to advisory or consulting work?
Yes. In addition to full-time roles, I take on a limited number of strategic advisory engagements—primarily focused on AI enablement, GTM, and experience strategy for mission-driven or future-forward teams.
How do you stay current in such a fast-moving space?
I read widely, mentor actively, and stay close to emerging trends. I’m deeply curious about AI, behavioral science, systems change, and how all of it connects to the human experience.
